My family and I have been patients of Dr. Mannam or Dr. M as we call him since he entered private practice. In today's large market of Urgent Care Clinics, you will not find a more professional, caring, understanding doctor. Dr. M regardless of how busy the office may be, he always takes his time and never rushes the time he spends with you. One of his most unique qualities is his ability just to listen.

This was a Horrible experience I will never visit this place again. Went on a weekend to see about diabetic issue and the doctor recommended I get a glucose machine for testing at home and also get an allergy test done. He said he would send the prescription over to the pharmacy and he will schedule the allergy test with the specialist. Here I am 3 weeks later still waiting, I called the front desk and those girls are clueless. Mad is not the word. I'm furious, so I want to talk with the head doctor and he brushed me away. like I didn't matter, I would not recommend this place at all.

My experience today was amazing. The medical assistant was very polite and professional. She answered all my question about my health insurance.
Dr. Prashanth Mannam was amazing he is very polite and professional; you can ask him question and request services you think you need, and he will advise you of the right choice. The service at the clinic was fast and efficient.
